I recently stayed at Palm Island for a relaxing beach getaway. The hotel's central location in Chaweng allowed easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. The room was clean and comfortable, with a close connection to a private beach. I also enjoyed the convenience of having two excellent massage places nearby. The price for a one-hour Thai massage was very reasonable. Palm Island provided a great location and good value for the money spent.

The bathroom in particular was in need of renovation.

They made our stay so much more fun and memorable. The beach was just a stone's throw away, perfect for chilling and playing beach volleyball. The pool area was awesome too, great for hanging out and having pool parties. it was a fantastic experience with friends.

The one thing I'd ask for is a more happening nightlife scene. While there were plenty of bars nearby, it would've been great to have a lively club or party area within the hotel itself.

The staff was very friendly, nice large pool area. Hotel is located right on the beach you can get bath towels at the reception...is a nice hotel surrounded by a lot of greenery...

I couldn't have asked for more value for my money at Palm Island. The room was lovely, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The location right on the beach was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The Palm Island Hotel in Koh Samui exceeded my expectations in many ways. the hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for a beachfront location in the centre of Chewang beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, including a double and single bed with a sea view, were perfect for my needs. Additionally, having breakfast included in the rate was a convenient and cost-effective bonus.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was more than satisfactory. However, one area that could be improved is the breakfast selection, as the portions were quite humble and the options were basic.

I recently stayed at a hotel on Chaweng beach, and it was a great experience. The location was perfect, right on the northern end of the beach, offering a quiet sea and a peaceful atmosphere. I was able to walk just a few minutes south to fully enjoy the vibrant beach life. The hotel also had a lovely swimming pool, adding to the tropical feel with lush planting all around. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist with any request. One particular staff member, a lady in pink, stood out to me as she not only took care of our laundry but also handed out adorable flower headbands on New Year's Eve. It was a fantastic stay overall.

The breakfast at the hotel was not up to par. Additionally, if you wanted more than what was initially offered, there was an extra charge.
